These Terms govern your use of IMAGIN84, an AI video studio product of CR Creative Solutions. This deployment may be running in local demo mode; some features (real payment processing, a production video generation engine) are only active once the operator configures the relevant credentials.
Responsible use
You are responsible for the prompts, images, and outputs you create. Do not use IMAGIN84 to generate content depicting real, identifiable people without their knowledge and consent, to impersonate someone for fraud, to produce sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, extremist propaganda, instructions facilitating criminal harm, or content intended to harass a specific person. A local moderation filter screens prompts for the most explicit cases, but it is a heuristic safeguard — not a comprehensive safety system — and responsibility for appropriate use rests with you.
Rights and consent
AI-generated media must be used responsibly and with appropriate rights and consent. Only use likenesses, trademarks, or copyrighted references you have the right to use.
Fuel Credits
Fuel Credits are reserved when you start a production and finalized on completion, refunded if the production fails or is stopped. Fuel Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for currency.
Demo mode disclaimer
When running against the Demo Engine, all generated video output is a bundled sample asset used to demonstrate the product workflow — it is not a real AI-generated rendering of your prompt.
No warranty
This software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
